Shipping Policy

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends/holidays). Limited drop items may take up to 5 business days to ship due to demand — thank you for your patience while we get your gear packed right.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (US)
- Standard (3–7 business days): $6 flat rate, free on orders over $100 USD

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and Australia, with more countries added as we grow. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on destination.

International orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) — any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are collected by your local carrier on delivery and are the customer's responsibility. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.

ORDER TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also check the status here.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Contact support@deeply-flawed.com with your order number if your package hasn't arrived within the expected window.
